RACK SAFETY INSPECTION – PROFESSIONAL REPORT & REPAIR

If you have concerns that there may be deficiencies in your storage system, our experts are available to conduct a complete and meticulous visual inspection of your structures following CSA Racking Inspection instructions.

Damaged or bent components, inadequate or incomplete members, lacking or improperly used safety accessories, missing or damaged anchor bolts, inappropriate or poorly distributed loads, general condition of pallets: nothing will escape the attention of our inspectors. The inspector will identify any and all problems and list the actions required according to priority and based on any potential risks. An inspection report along with a layout drawing showing deficiencies locations are issued for your review and consideration.

Maintenance levels:

Level 1 includes:

  • Annual inspections of warehouse pallet racking and cantilever applications.
  • Development of a list of deficiencies and damaged components based on CSA standards.
  • Creation of plan view drawings indicating the locations of damage.
  • Generation of an inspection report with associated recommendations.
  • Summary of required repairs with provided quotation.
  • Execution of repair works upon quote approval.

Level 2 includes:

  • All from Level 1
  • Inspection report reviewed and sealed by a licensed engineer.
  • Updating the layout and load capacities following the completion of repair works.

 

Maintenance Frequency:

Depending on the type and intensity of use of the racks and cantilever, maintenance can be carried out quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

 

Service Notifications:

An automatic notification system about upcoming maintenance helps clients better plan their operations.
